Madera County Child Abuse Prevention  Council (MCCAPC) welcomes monetary donations for prevention purposes to eliminate child abuse and neglect. In our county, our population is 150,865 residents, and many of those residents are families with children in their households. We strive to create a better environment for our children and families for life without child maltreatment. With more resources, we can coordinate better efforts and elevate Madera’s quality of living to create a prosperous place by decreasing risk factors and increasing protective factors.
